The house boasts magnificent panoramic views of the Überetsch wine-growing region, the Dolomites and the Mendel Mountains. It is located about a 10-minute walk from the town centre and a 5-minute drive from Lake Kaltern.

Tennis and sports facilities, a children's playground, and a fitness trail are about a 10-minute walk away.

The historic Mendelbahn funicular, which takes you up to the 1,370-meter-high Mendel Pass in just a few minutes, is also just a few minutes' walk away. Various easy and moderate hiking trails lead directly from the house into the surrounding area.

Directions

By car:

• Take the A22 (Brenner Autobahn) to the Bolzano South exit.
• Take the SS38 (MeBo) expressway towards Merano.
• After the tunnel, take the first exit for Appiano.
• Turn right and follow the wine road towards Caldaro.
• After approximately 12 km, you will reach Caldaro.
• Follow the wine road through Caldaro until you reach the last houses (towards Lake Caldaro).
• At the roundabout, take the first exit right up onto the European road.
• Follow the European road, after a left turn and another 300 m, you will see the B&B Pension Latemar on the right.
